Program

IEEE COINS Technical Sessions will comprise two main components:

  1. Prerecorded presentation: Authors should provide the prerecorded version of the presentation (15-25 minutes) by August 21. All recorded presentations will remain archived and available online. Please submit your prerecorded presentations to [email protected]
  2. Live session: A live session will take place during the assigned time slot, with the speaker participating via video webinar (Webex event). The speaker will give a live recap of the talk (up to 15 minutes), and then answer questions from the Q&A (up to 5 minutes). In order to keep the sessions running to schedule and allow questions from the audience, it is very important to keep the presentations within the allotted time. You will be cut short if your presentation over-runs the allotted time.

According to IEEE, both components are mandatory, meaning that authors are expected to provide both prerecorded presentation as well as a live presentation. Authors that do not meet the above components will be considered “no-shows” and papers will be excluded from IEEE Xplore.
