Please follow the guidelines below carefully to ensure your paper meets all formatting and submission requirements.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"514\" data-end=\"579\"><\/h4>\n<h4 data-start=\"514\" data-end=\"579\"><strong data-start=\"519\" data-end=\"579\">1. Paper Style Adjustment According to the IEEE Template<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"582\" data-end=\"655\">IEEE template: <a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ieee.org\/conferences\/publishing\/templates.html\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"597\" data-end=\"655\">https:\/\/www.ieee.org\/conferences\/publishing\/templates.html<\/a><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"658\" data-end=\"753\">Those papers using the LaTeX sources must replace the phrase <strong data-start=\"719\" data-end=\"734\">Index Terms<\/strong> with <strong data-start=\"740\" data-end=\"752\">Keywords<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"756\" data-end=\"830\">Likewise, be attentive to the information of the authors and affiliations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"832\" data-end=\"1039\"><strong data-start=\"832\" data-end=\"838\">a.<\/strong> Authors are urged to carefully consider the reviews in revising their papers in final form. IEEE Xplore-Compliant PDF Requirement<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"3098\" data-end=\"3302\">It is required that all PDF submissions be IEEE Xplore compliant. You will also receive an email with submission confirmation and also with the result. The result must be Failed or Passed.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4096\" data-end=\"4458\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong data-start=\"4120\" data-end=\"4126\">i.<\/strong> If Failed:<br data-start=\"4137\" data-end=\"4140\" \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0&#8211; Download the PDF Check report and resolve marked errors.<br data-start=\"4246\" data-end=\"4249\" \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0&#8211; Try Again until the Passed report.<br data-start=\"4333\" data-end=\"4336\" \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0&#8211; You have a limit of intents; try to resolve all errors at the same time.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4460\" data-end=\"4763\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong data-start=\"4484\" data-end=\"4491\">ii.<\/strong> If Passed:<br data-start=\"4502\" data-end=\"4505\" \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0&#8211; Select Approve for Collection.<br data-start=\"4585\" data-end=\"4588\" \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0&#8211; <strong>Download the PDF (in the title link).<\/strong><br data-start=\"4675\" data-end=\"4678\" \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0&#8211; <strong>Update it on the EasyChair website.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"4770\" data-end=\"4819\"><\/h4>\n<h4 data-start=\"4770\" data-end=\"4819\"><strong data-start=\"4775\" data-end=\"4819\">3. Final Version Submission on EasyChair<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"4821\" data-end=\"4898\">The document generated in phase 2 must be uploaded to the Easychair platform.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4900\" data-end=\"4909\">To do so:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"4913\" data-end=\"4987\">Log in to EasyChair: <a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/easychair.org\/conferences\/?conf=ieeecoins2025\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"4934\" data-end=\"4987\">https:\/\/easychair.org\/conferences\/?conf=ieeecoins2025<\/a><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4913\" data-end=\"4987\"><strong>To submit the camera-ready version, please log in to EasyChair and select the role \u201cProceedings Author (IEEE Proceedings)\u201d instead of \u201cAuthor.\u201d This selection is required to access the camera-ready submission section.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4990\" data-end=\"5102\">Select the accepted submission for which you want to upload the final edition (confirm using &#8220;Submission #&#8221; ID).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5105\" data-end=\"5200\">Submit your paper using the PDF format via &#8220;Update file&#8221; from the right-hand menu (red border).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5203\" data-end=\"5263\">After selecting the file from your computer, click &#8220;Submit&#8221;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"5265\" data-end=\"5276\"><strong data-start=\"5265\" data-end=\"5274\">Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"5279\" data-end=\"5435\">The names of the authors and their order in the camera-ready version of the paper cannot be modified or deviate from the original submission in EasyChair.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5438\" data-end=\"5572\">The conference holds the right to reject the paper if any modifications are made to the author\u2019s information without prior approval.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5575\" data-end=\"5728\">In exceptional circumstances, authors should first communicate with the conference chairs and, upon their approval, proceed with the necessary updates. In this case, any changes to the final paper title or author list must be changed both in the final paper and Easychair System (&#8220;Update authors&#8221; or &#8220;Update information&#8221; from the right-hand menu, red border).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-start=\"5931\" data-end=\"5960\"><\/h4>\n<h4 data-start=\"5931\" data-end=\"5960\"><strong data-start=\"5936\" data-end=\"5960\">4. Copyright Section<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"5962\" data-end=\"6323\"><strong data-start=\"5962\" data-end=\"5968\">a.<\/strong> The article title and authors must match the information provided in EasyChair.<br data-start=\"6048\" data-end=\"6051\" \/>If there is an error, please make sure to update it in the EasyChair platform before proceeding with the copyright form.<br data-start=\"6171\" data-end=\"6174\" \/>It is essential not to submit your copyright without updating the EasyChair platform, as it is not possible to resubmit the copyright more than once.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"6325\" data-end=\"6568\"><strong data-start=\"6325\" data-end=\"6331\">b.<\/strong> The copyright form cannot be submitted multiple times.<br data-start=\"6386\" data-end=\"6389\" \/>Please ensure that the names of all authors are correctly provided.<br data-start=\"6456\" data-end=\"6459\" \/>It is important to include all authors in the copyright form, and their order should be accurately reflected.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"6570\" data-end=\"6637\"><strong data-start=\"6570\" data-end=\"6576\">c.<\/strong> <strong>Please don&#8217;t use non-English characters, e.g., accents or \u00f1.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"6644\" data-end=\"6675\"><\/h4>\n<h4 data-start=\"6644\" data-end=\"6675\"><strong data-start=\"6649\" data-end=\"6675\">5.
